MoreTimeYourTime is committed to providing our clients with the most versatile service plans available.  We will work with you to determine which plan best suits your needs.

Our service plans include:

• Pay-as-you-go: This is the best choice for clients who need minimal support on an unpredictable basis.  Simply phone us up, tell us what you need done and we will complete the work.  Once the work has been completed we will send an invoice for the hours worked.
• Single Project: Please call for a free 1/2 hour telephone consultation if you have a specific project you need completed.  We will provide an estimate of costs and time to completion.
• Monthly Retainer: This is the best option for clients who have ongoing support needs.  Retainer hours are offered in blocks of 10 hours per month at a rate of $250. 

All clients will be given direct access to their dedicated Project Manager via Toll-Free voice and Fax as well as email.  Your Project Manager is your single point of contact for all support needs.

Fees for all services are determined according to the following schedule:

Payment & Invoicing Terms of Service:

• We require that clients acknowledge a Work Agreement before we begin work; it simply states that we have agreed on an hourly rate and billing cycle, that we are working as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee and ensures our confidentiality.
• We do our best to provide accurate estimates of total costs prior to starting work, however, it is understood that due to unforseen events, mid-stream changes to the scope of work etc. the actual total cost may vary somewhat from the original estimate.  In these cases we will inform the client of the possible cost overrun before continuing the project.
• Rates are subject to change. Written notice will be provided to existing clients.
• Invoices are submitted via e-mail or fax. Payment is due upon receipt, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.  A $30 return check fee applies to all returned checks. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and/or work stoppage.
• After the initial consultation all phone conversations are billable time.
• Work requests must be submitted by e-mail or FAX.  Questions and additional work requests should also be sent via email or Fax. This ensures accuracy for both parties.
• New clients may be required to submit a down payment equivelant to 25% of the total estimated cost of the project
• Expenses are added to the hourly rate on your invoice. Expenses are items such as purchases made on your behalf, travel time and expenses, special projects requiring outside printing or custom paper stock, long distance charges incurred on your behalf, postal and express shipping costs, etc. We do not markup such items, we simply pass our cost on to you.
• We do not require that our clients meet a monthly minimum of hours, the idea is that we are here when you need us. As long as your account with us stays in good standing, we will be willing to work with you during the slow and busy times.

Web Pages A-La-Carte

Add a self-updating News, Sports or Entertainment page to your website for just $45.00, or, add content specific to your community for just $65.  The page will be configured to match your site's color scheme and branding.  See Examples...

We can create a new custom web page just for your website.  The page can include local and community specific content such as feeds from local news organizations, local business searches, movie times in your area, weather and traffic information that affects your community and much more.  Call us! We can help you brainstorm ideas for self-updating pages that fit your needs.
