Our staff members have diverse and complimenting professional backgrounds including administrative support, technical support, marketing, and real estate industry support.
We started in 2002 as a 2 person team specializing in Administrative and Technical Support for the Real-Estate and other industries. Since that time, we have experienced phenomenal growth as certain industries move away from in-house support to a more virtual support oriented model. As a result, we have added specialists in Web Design, Marketing, Bookkeeping, Executive/Personal Assistance, Graphic Design and Data Processing to enhance our staff and provide the best possible range of services.
Our business model is based on the idea of distributing a client's tasks among our staff to ensure that each task is handled by the most qualified staff member, while providing the client with an easily reachable Project Manager who coordinates the efforts of our staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of the Client's project, and acts as a single point of contact for all the Client's needs for the duration of the project.
