For more involved problems, we can use remote assistance, whereby we temporarily access your PC over a secure connection and perform the necessary actions remotely. Remote access is entirely safe as we can only access your PC if and when you say it's ok to do so. It is a great tool for solving complex issues in a quick and efficient manner.

We offer a free diagnostic consultation not to exceed 10 minutes in length the scope of which is to include only information gatheing on the part of the tech support representative in order to determine the nature of an issue and provide the client with an estimate of the cost to resolve same.
Prior to any effort on the part of the Tech Support Representative to resolve a Client's issue, the Client must acknowledge a Work Agreements sent via email.
Technical Support time is billed at $25./hr. with a 1 hour minimum charge. After the first hour, time is billed in 15 minute increments.
Billable time includes:
- Any time on the phone with a Tech Support Representative (after free diagnostic consultation)
- Any time on a remote support session via chat, instant messege, or other means
- Time spent to read and respond to email message
- Any independant research time necessary to resolve the client's issue.
We have found that about 70% of common PC issues can fixed within the first hour.
* We do not currently support Apple Macintosh users.
